Meet LifePoint, a new United Methodist Community of faith in the growing area of the Alliance corridor of north Fort Worth. Our church takes a "grace-based" approach to reaching those who like to ask questions, are a bit skeptical of easy answers, and are open to the journey of discovering truth. We invite you to be our guest this Sunday morning and join us for some great music, relevant preaching, and meaningful fellowship that just might be the best hour of your week.
LifePoint United Methodist Church has grown from eight people meeting in Pastor Thomas’ home in Sept, 2005 to over 137 people in April, 2006 (which facilitated the need to move to a school) to 177 people in September, 2006, to 212 people in April, 2007 to hundreds of people who are participating in LifePoint's ministries in various ways today. LifePoint has been blessed with new faces joining us on a weekly basis, and our visitors come together from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. LifePoint has a four-fold focus: 1. To teach people about Christianity in positive ways; 2. To offer meaningful and relevant worship in a professional, state-of-the-art audio-visual environment; 3. To disciple people in small groups; and 4. To relieve suffering.
If you are not involved in an area church--maybe you’ve even been turned off by churches or Christians in the past--we hope you’ll explore our website, and consider visiting us some weekend. You may just find this church is right for you.
Meet people. Make friends. Find a home.
